I’ve spent a great deal of time this year reflecting on the challenges we’ve faced as an organization. Those experiences have taught us valuable lessons, and it’s important that we continue to learn from them and grow. At the same time, there comes a point when we must shift our focus toward the future. As I look at the opportunities ahead, I can’t help but feel optimistic about where we’re headed.
At the end of October, we’ll open our new Salt Lake City distribution facility, which marks an important milestone in strengthening our distribution network and supporting future growth. We’re also preparing our Hudson facility for the installation of automation technology that will help us work smarter, improve efficiency, and better serve our customers. These are significant investments in our future, and it’s exciting to see them becoming a reality.
Edwards Health Care Services and GEM Edwards Pharmacy recently secured a significant new contract that will drive meaningful growth for our business. Opportunities like this aren’t created by one person or one team alone. They are made possible through the daily effort, commitment, and collaboration demonstrated across our organization. For the first time in quite a while, it feels like we’re no longer simply reacting to change. Instead, we’re creating opportunities and actively shaping our future. The decisions we’re making today, along with the investments in our business, are laying the foundation for continued success in 2027 and beyond.

While there is still work ahead of us, it feels like we’re building from a position of strength and momentum. We recently welcomed the first official day of fall with a special treat from Daisy Pops! Employees at headquarters enjoyed a delicious assortment of cake pops featuring both seasonal fall flavors and classic favorites. Whether you were craving a taste of autumn or sticking with a tried-and-true favorite, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
As if on cue, the weather got the memo that fall had arrived. The day brought some of the coolest temperatures we’ve seen in a while, making it the perfect backdrop for a cozy seasonal celebration.
