As we step into April and begin the second quarter of the year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together so far—and where we’re headed next.

Q1 was a strong start. Your energy, focus, and commitment helped us lay a solid foundation for the year ahead. From hitting key milestones to strengthening our internal processes, the momentum is real—and it’s because of your hard work.

We also made time to have a little fun along the way, including a lively St. Patrick’s Day celebration at HQ, where employees showed their spirit by wearing green and enjoying a surprise visit from two very festive leprechauns 🍀

As we move into Q2, it’s time to build on that momentum. This quarter is about sharpening our execution, leaning into collaboration, and continuing to deliver with excellence. We have ambitious goals, and I have no doubt that, together, we’ll reach them.

Let’s keep pushing forward with the same drive and purpose that brought us this far. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished and even more excited for what’s to come.

We’re excited to celebrate the opening of the new
GEM Edwards Pharmacy building!

Our pharmacy team is in the final stages of moving in and will be fully up and operational in the new space by May 1. This marks an exciting milestone and a big step forward in supporting our continued growth. Check out the photos below for a sneak peek inside—we’re proud of this beautiful new space and grateful to our pharmacy staff for helping make the transition a smooth one!

Last month, we celebrated the beginning of baseball season with a fun and festive lunch at HQ! JD’s Hotdogs served up classic ballpark favorites, giving everyone a delicious way to get into the spirit of the season. Thanks to everyone who joined in to make the afternoon a home run!

A quick reminder that Tax Day is April 15! If you haven’t already, don’t forget to download your W-2 form from ADP to ensure you have all the necessary documents for filing. To access your W-2:

Log in to ADP
Navigate to the Myself tab > Pay > Pay & Tax Statements
Download and save your W-2 for your records
